The health and social care bill represents the biggest reorganisation of the NHS(National Health Services) in England since it was created in 1948.
Some argue the reforms are much needed. Critics say they will be a disaster.(The guardian)
The uk govenment is planning to sqeeze the NHS resource, therefore many hospitals will be replaced with communities care in order to make efficency savings.
but what will the government's changes mean for patients and health services?
