1.How come 5 year old daughter who can speak correctly been beaten to death because of rape.
2. Who cares the somalis who are slaves of Amisom. Amisom raped Somali woman and we defend them that they did not raped her and in that process the puppet government put jail by a reporter who reported the story

seems like a good compromise, if you read the arab newspapers it says that the mother forgave the poor man as he suffered a bout of insanity. A reasonable amount of diya paid and the poor man has returned to normalcy. We should not inhibit this poor man for he has much knowledge to share with the world via television. Indeed it would be a great shame for such a preacher to be put in an overcrowded prison due to one incident in his mostly pious life.

Great decision by the judge in my opinion. We all need second chances, and the guilt of killing one's own child by accident is justice enough.

This crime happened some time ago, a year or so ago. TheDailyHate only got wind of it now and are no doubt having a field day with running this story.
I did a quick Google search and found out that the reporting of the story is pretty accurate even down to its grisly details. The man was well known atleast in SA as an Islamic daee.There is a video of how he became 'guided' to this path on YouTube.

In public he would present himself as this ultraorthodox Islamic preacher doling out advice and guidance but his ex wife soon discovered after just one week of marriage dude was anything but Islamic. Here is the video.

In normal conditions such man will face the sword in Saudi arabia.

BUT there is 3 exceptions,,

1- If the perpetrator is powerful, way powerful that no one can touch him, like a prince for example, here you wont even hear about the story let alone taking action against him.

2- if he is a white western, he will only get deported to his country of origin.

3- if he is a sheikh. a while back i read about this sheikh judge that was convicted of taking bribe (about 3 million) for signing forged papers, in his defence he claims to being "possessed" while signing.. he walks out freeman.
