how long you can keep 1kg sugar?

i mean as just one person.
me between 3 to 4 weeks. Its getting now week 4 i would do my shopping though and keep the sugar away.

I`m trying to slowly phase out refined sugar from my household...its a silent killer, just like salt.

I've reduced all sugar intake in my houshold, i only drink one cup of tea in the morning with litle sugar init.In the afternoon i drink herbal tea with no sugar, sometimes in yar oo malab ah baan ku darsada.I bake a cake once a week...how much sugar we use it all depends in how many guests we've over...so 1kg last probably in 1-2 weeks sometimes longer...waxay ku xidhan tahay just dadka guriga imaada een shaaha iyo ceega oo so samayo.

sugar intake varies for me.. sometimes its a lot, sometimes its next to nothing for weeks...
right now... i'm having my morning cup of shaah now... its lovingly loaded with sugar.. i need a pick me upper.. sleepless night.
