We Need a title for the PM's Wife

ImageThis is not a fair. If the President's wife is 1st Lady, What about Caasha Xaaji Cilmi. We need a title for her too. What about the 1st PM's wife.

She is the Chairman of HAG. That makes her the de facto leader in Xamar.
