I understand the bit you mentioned about urban planning (paved roads is a must no doubt) but venerating that 2 story shack called the oriental building (it only looks neat because the picture is vintage and antique-esque) whilst undermining the successful construction of that Dahabshiil tower is just questionable man.

Hargeisa during the era of a united nation did not have the rapid expansion and stabilisation it enjoys today. It's the undeniable truth. If they could build high story buildings and create bustling markets, all with remittance money, imagine what reer Hargeisa could cough up given some serious investment were to flow in? Food for thought sxb.
