I know the host Country is being hospitable and respectful but Comeone, The PM Can carry a little Umbrella if he really wants to use it. They have to assign someone to walk after him with an Umbrella maantoodhan. It really nice to be a leader in Africa.

Maybe that's his job, to shield sunrays/rain from foreign leaders who visit their land.
