The only option to bring them back into the fold would be to arm Sool rebels and maybe some Awdalites or a military option but that will never happen because even the most tribally unstable Somali would not want another war in Somalia. It really depends on Somalilands politicians and how loyal they are to their people.
lol you seem unaware or lacking nationally experience.
the govt is dispassionate about khatumo and will not be used as a proxy.

i find it unfortunate that till now somalis havent a nationhood state so we can put the things in the way you suggested.

there is an opposing power and that why meetings like the one in turky would really piss some off

Can you blame the govt? Is not puntland and the rest of the opposing power are in the kismayo shir?

djboutian speaker has expressed his opinions againist kismayo shir yesterday and said he will send more army to somalia
The same way somaliland will be cooperating.

Now the uk doesnt know shyt about the internal ugly somali politics and that the govt is indifferent about the unity they only agreed on a southren-northen-power -sharing based-federalism so that why the govt and somaliland are meeting in other places.
Sahal im talking about if by some miracle, Somalilands politicians stuck with the seccession bid through thick and thin...even though I dont see that happening.
