So how do the laws work saxiibyal in this case.
CASE # 1 - An old man leaves his property to his 6 kids: 4 sons and 2 daughters. I know that the daughters get half what of the sons get. However, what happens to the children of say one of the sons ? Do they get their father's portion of the inheritance ? Would the granddaughter get half of what the grandson would get ? To make this more interesting, who has more rights to the inheritance:
1. The male grandchild of the Marxum (the Marxum's son's son)
Or
2. The male grandchild of the Marxum (The Marxum's daughter's son) - Would he get only part of his mother's inheritance ?
What factor does qabiil play ? Does the grandchild who comes from the same qabiil as the Marxum get more ?
CASE # 2 - Your Eedo or Adeer leaves an inheritance. Who gets first rights to it ? Is it her/his immediate siblings and if so, does belonging to the same Bah count more ? If none of his/her siblings are alive, do her/his cousins get more rights to it than say his/her nephews ?
