Why don't you send a private message to the admin and ask him what tribe he belongs to and if he is the owner or just an employee of the owner.

It was a Marexan site, then HG took over (by hacking), you know how they love money, they sold it to an Isaaq chick who was loaded then but she couldn't manage, however, she didn't wanted it to leave the circle and she gave it to her brother, who is one Qaat munching dude, who doesn't have the time to manage this place, that is why it's falling apart.

The dude is related to Basra, hence, the Mod position.
