I have not seen Kenya's one but I know Sudan's national tv is unrivaled and unmatched. I am voting for Sudan.
From what I have seen I will rank them in this order:
1) Sudan
2) Somaliland (its pretty good and has changed a lot in the last two years, before it was rubbish and most of the time just blank screen).
3) Eritrea
4) Ethiopia
5) Djibouti
6) Somalia
Kenyan one is not ranked as I have not seen it but I would assume it would be second with no question asked.
I have seen other private Kenyan televisions and they are super but nothing like Sudan.

somaliland national tv should have the american camera type and match everything else from sudan tv
