My paternal grandfather worked at a precinct in Chicago after graduating in law school in London, this was in the 50's n 60's, also a British explorer noted in a 1901 book that he saw Somali's in New York, Bombay, Alexandria etc...

DMV has high HIV rate at 4% I wonder what Somali HIV rate is in the DMV
That's DC.... Maryland and Virginia is probably lower.
