Not really. The opposition are mainly composed of secularists. When they were in power, they haven't shown interest in assisting other Muslim countries (i.e. Somalia, Palestine, the Rohingya in Burma, etc) in trouble. Also, they had a good relationship with Israel, unlike the current administration.
