The subtle tricks of the shaydan!! must read this story

Postby ZubeirAwal » Mon Jul 01, 2013 3:31 pm

So there was once a worshiper of Allah who did his best to worship Allah and tried to be among the pious. In every way possible shaydan tried to infiltrate him, divert him away from his ibaada, but it was not possible, the level the worshiper has reached was high, he secluded himself away from his town, to reflect and be alone. One day shaydan came to him in the form of a worshiper, and sat next to him. Suddenly the shaydan starts to weep heavily, and the worshiper is intrigued, he belittles his prayer after seeing someone cry, and he asked him " How did you get this sincere, and pour tears in your ibaada?" the shaydan said " I have committed something very bad,a very bad sin" and then the worshiper said " Oh" and returned to his seclusion. The shaydan then said " Do you want to know how to feel the pleasure of tawbah/repentance?" and the man asked " How?" in which the shaydan said " You have to do something bad, a bad sin, and then ask for forgiveness and you will feel the pleasure of Allah's forgiveness and accepting your tawbah" then the man said " But no, I am not one who sins" and the shaydan said " Perhaps how about killing someone?" and the guy replied, " What!?, no!, kill someone!? I can never do that, no!" and then shaydan said " Fornication?" and then the man replied " What!? , No!, I don't do that!", and then the shaydan said "Wait here" and he brought him some alcohol, and he said, "drink this, and then after make repentance". And then the man drank the alcohol, he left his state of worship, and was drunk, he found a young woman, and then he committed zina with her, after committing zina, he killed her due to his drunken state. He was arrested and was sentenced to death, the shaydan came to him and said " Do you want to escape this place?" and he said " Yes!,yes!,please yes!" and then the shaydan said, "Prostrate to me" and when he did, it did him no good, and he was beheaded.

The more righteous you are, the more subtle the shaydan is.

This story has been changed around a countless times, wasn't it something to do with a pious known man in a town who two brothers left their sister with as he was the only one they could trust then because of shaytaan fornicated with her then killed her? Nevertheless nice story alcohol the mother of all evil.

I cannot wait for Ramadan to start insha'ALLAH!!!
