Hassan Sheikh & his ministers be brought to justice

Postby MarsinQorahay » Fri Jul 05, 2013 4:53 pm

To: H.E Ban Ki-Moon
The Secretary General of the United Nations
New York, New York 10017
Cc: Security Council
June 19, 2013

Mr. Secretary General, it gives me great pleasure and particular honor to send you my heartfelt greeting and salutations and commend you the outstanding job that you’re doing for the advancement of peace and security throughout the world. Your Excellency, on behalf of the voiceless people of Jubaland [Somalia], I want to forward herewith human rights violation complaint against President Hassan Sh. Mahamoud and his government, as you are probably aware, the massacre that has occurred on June 7—8, 2013 in the port city of Kismayo, the capital of Jubaland State where unfortunately 250 innocent civilians and over 75 security forces lost their lives.

This tragic and avoidable massacre was illegally orchestrated, fomented, and sanctioned by President Hassan Sh. Mahamoud, his Minister of Defense Abdihakim Haji Mohamoud (Fiqi) and Interior Minister Abdikarim Hussein Guled with direct collaboration of Al-Shabab, the terrorist outfit that’s affiliated with Al-Qaeda. There is incontrovertible evidence that establishes the fact that the Somali government was behind the fighting and destruction that took place in Kismayo.

There is also further undeniable proof that the Defense Minister who was in Kismayo ostensibly to estanlish a working relationship with recently elected president of Jubaland His Excellency Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Madobe),instead he was hatching a plan to attack the people and the government of Jubaland and had direct contact with Mukthar Roobow a leading member of Al-Shaba and the commander of Bay region of Somalia. Furthermore, the subsequent interrogation and debriefing of the captured Al-Shaba fighters who were involved the actual battle in Kismayo confessed that the Minister of Defense Fiqi was in daily contact with Al-Shabab commanders way before the fighting erupted in Kismayo. The Government of Hassan Sheik Mahamoud is engaging all of these mayhem and misery to prevent the people of Jubaland to exercise their constitutional prerogative that guarantees the people of Gedo, Middle Jubba and lower Jubba to form a Jubaland State willingly as in enshrine articles 47, 48, 49 of the Somali federal Constitution. Mr. Secretary General, Therefore, the people of Jubaland most diligently and respectfully request your good offices to intervene on their behalf and report to the UN Security Council the enormity of the massacre that Hassan Sheik Mohamoud and his ministers perpetuated in Kismayo, and also impress upon the Security Council to demand that the central government of Somalia to immediately cease-and desist its unremitting and illegal destabilization of the people and government of Jubaland.

Finally, Mr. Secretary General, the people of Jubaland are demanding that the President of Somalia Hassan Sh. Mahamoud, Defense Minister Abdihakim Haji Mohamoud (Fiqi) and Interior Minister Abdikarim Hussein Guled human rights violations complaint against them to be referred to the International criminal court (ICC) at The Hague, so they will be compelled to answer the death and destruction that they had deliberately masterminded and implemented in Kismayo. Please accept, your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.

Sincerely,

H.E Abdikarim Ali Omar
Former Somali Ambassador to the United States.

Thanks for sharing this Marsin! This is an excellent piece of work and we need more of these to show the world that Somalia's current so-called SFG is in bed with the extremists in Somalia. Their main man, Barre Huuraale, admitted that he shares values and policies with Alshabaab. Soon or later the international communities will notice this and realize that Culusow's administration is nothing but a version of a religious cult whose intentions are to set Somalia back to the civil wars era.

I looked up the author and he is apparently the last official Somali ambassador to the UN before the collapse of the government. Instead of working for peace and reconciliation, Culusoow and his cohorts like Saacid, Fiqi, and the monkey-looking so-called defense minister deliberately worked on creating fractions and wars amongst the peace-loving Reer Jubbaland who realized the best way forward is to have their own administration.

If you don't me asking; what part of Somalia is this guy from?

Who has a track record fighting for alshabab? Who use to strap on suicide vests and blow themselves up?

A) Ahmed madoobe
A) Raskamboni

On the other hand who on consistent basis fought alshabaab when it was hip to be khawarij and even carries injuries testament of his dedication to eradicate terrorism?

A) Barre Hiraale

I am pretty sure the world knows.

Ahmed Madoobe was ICU and then Hizbul Islam, from there he broke away and relaunched Ras Kambooni after Turki sided with Shabab.

Barre Hiraale is now on record siding with Shabab.

Advo;
I thought Somalis agreed one thing: Alshabab is the biggest enemy of Somalia; right? The trend of former Islamists leaving this crazy Salafi cult and joining their Somali people has been going for a while whether that was Former President Shariif or the current President of Jubbaland Madoobe. Huuraale reversed the roles and left for the dark side. That is the issue.

Why do you guys obsess about KIsmaayo so much? It's not like you were born there, nor were your parents or grandparents born there. Magaalo aaydun u dhalan maxaa idinka galay? SubhanAllah ma nimankii reer baadiyihii wadankeeyna dumiyey baan la yaabna mise idinka mutacalimiin ah.
