I haven't met a Somali that would purposely channel their money toward non-Somalis, before their own. Who do you talk to?

I will agree with you on one thing. Most "not all" but most other Muslim people Syrians, Egyptians, Bosnians, Pakistanis, Saudis, Iranians etc. usually care about people from their ethnic group first, everyone else is secondary. We shouldn't have it any other way. Put your people first, as they say.
