You don't get HIV from a blowjob. HIV is not transmitted through saliva. Unless the person is gushing of blood from the mouth, you have nothing to worry about. Even one who gives the blowjob has a real low risk of getting it. You must have mouth wounds big enough for the sperm to enter.
