Mosques should start installing CCTV cameras, and screening everyone coming for prayers. Sniffer dogs, metal detectors must be employed. It is most definitely not a suicide bomb, but someone being paid to leave behind packages containing bombs, same thing happened in Beirut when people discovered suspicious packages in the boot of their cars which was later discovered to be bombs.
