No, it's that it's summer here and humid. 750 have died because it is that hot and randomly there is misplaced lightening without the thunder and then there is thunder randomly with rain baring in mind that it's still uncomfortably warm.

keyblade saxiib i have never experience lighting without rain. it did rain though later on
