Why do Syrian refugees live in better camps than Somalis?

Has anyone seen those UN run camps in Lebanon, Turkey and Jordan? Why are they superior to the camps Somalis are in? They are both run by the same organization

They have ping pong tables, action figures, basketball courts, chairs for toddlers, televisions, top rate clinics. A lot are even living in buildings. They get paint and coloring books for the kids and places for the older men to drink tea with shisha and cigarettes

This is blatant racism towards the Somali IDP/refugees' who are living in their filth. There isn't even enough cough syrup available and we got Syrian refugees living in luxury with more electricity then they know what to do with

Does this have to do with the fact that we haven't paid UN dues for 2 decades or the color of our skin?

In a bad day, I would not mind entertaining the idea that it is due to the reason they are the descendants of the crusaders so the saying blood is thicker than water is timeless and holds ground...but I am having a good day, so may Allah have mercy on refugees worldwide. It must be a tough life and what we have here, someone envying them. Would you agree to exchange place with one of them?
