PS To relax-- I stay at home in candles and bath tub, and naked. Paint my nails, wash my hair, clean the home, and maybe order Chinese. That relaxes me.

Depends on what you want to relax, mind or body. If it's the mind I need to do something active, gym or cleaning. If it's the body, snuggle up with a cup of something warm and sweet, comfortable clothes and a book or a TV show. Or get a massage.

As for the spirit like it was said, Quran.

I recently got into Anime, nowadays i just episode after episode nonstop (started with Deathnote it's like my life feels complete now). Pretty wierd way to unwind but it works for me. Meh.
