Kismayo to be handed over to the Goverment

Postby IRONm@N » Mon Aug 05, 2013 12:10 am

Ahmed Madoobe is in Mogadishu, and Kenyans are handing over Kismayo to the Federal Government.
Good news, hopefully all the tribal division and wars will stop.
the government is consolidating power, as one of Alshabab top leaders, Hassan Aweys, have surrendered, and the biggest region, Jubba is coming under its rule.

Kenya to hand over Kismayu to Somalia Govt
Regional leaders meeting in Kampala Sunday resolved to hand over the control of the controversial Kismayu sea and airport to the Federal Republic of Somalia.

In a joint communiqué issued Sunday evening, the resolution follows a long running dispute for the facility between the government of Somalia and the Kenya forces. The leaders also banned Somalia from exporting charcoal to Asia with immediate effect.

Stop day dreaming Kismaayo is not 2/3 of Somalia. The regime in Xamar is proving to be more of tribal than an all inclusive govt.Embezzlement of funds by regime officials.
The country is more divided than ever, insecurity in Xamar is at its highest.Xamar tribal militia committing attrocities in Lower Shabelle,Also Xamar regime collaborating directly with Alshabaab in distabilising Jubba areas.
The Xamar regime has been outsmarted again once more just like theIGAD meeting in Addis.
The bottomline is what actually happens in the ground and not on paper.
The credibility of the Xamar regime is at its lowest.
