What your regime?
Take in about 3k in calories a day, with protein shake. Go to the gym three days a week. Working on heavy lifting like sqauts, dead lifts, bench presses, etc.

Not worth the money, time or effort IMO. You're gonna have to keep the regime up if you wanna sustain any gains.. :lol:
