You never really get to know someone until you live w/ them. They show your glimpses before hand but you don't get the whole enchillada until yall splitting rent. Until you do, whether it's a month down the line or 2 years, they'll continue w/ their Mr and Ms Perfect front.

Different strokes. I'd feel I owed it to myself to get as many "glimpses" as possible so I can have an idea of what I'm getting myself into

You're killing the joke. And one more thing, the whole "dh" thing is a Bari thing, not waqooyi. "balaayo waa Jidhaa iyo ma Jidho waad isku qaban jidheene"

You know if you are sarcastic often enough it becomes difficult to tell when you are making a regular (dare I say genuine) comment. Therefore given the fact that most of the people who argue for the dh are reer SLand and that is not Bari and you are Mr.Sarcastic I will choose to place your comment above in the :troll:

I noticed, terrible fake written Somali. You could at least put in some effort and throw in some mahmah and idioms once in a while.

Your friend announces that he/she is getting married and you pretty much know how this is going to play out in the end.......divorce.

Im struggling with should I or should I not situation right now with a friend. I want to be a good friend to her and always hell her the truth...but I dont to a have "kill the messenger" situation in my hands.

:? Ms nalia

I suggest u BUTT out of your friends business. I sympathize with you though, I do understand u r going through a difficult period of your time, u r single, lonely, and your friend is about to embark on a hot marriage, even though its not going to last, and I agree with u on that, but still u need to let her (or he) make their own mistake. I mean, the least that could come out of this pending disaster could be a child-- and who wouldn't want a child? :stylin:

You lot wouldn't voice any concern? Not even an "are you sure" "why are you rushing"?
