I applied for both Oxford and UCL and they both accepted me. I looked at the financial aid options and they both offered very little. I couldn't afford to go to either. I, then, applied for the Qwestbridge scholarship and was eligible for a full ride at a number of US universities. I chose the Ohio State University as it is among the best schools in the world.
