Cas i hate how every country is changing into a Western replica like what happened to indigenous planning. Somalia with its population doesn't need flats or skyscrapers other than for hotels and business people or their way of house structure.

I don't think they will be using flats or skyscrapers as Apartments. I personally like ancient architecture, like the houses they use to built in 16-17 centuries, they are stil standing and strong. with White stones.

they are building skyscrapers just for hype and prestige nothing else. something to show the other countries.

I forgot to mention, they are Building many Villa's and new cities --> example Jazeera project! you can find many Pictures on that as well, more useful then the skyscrappers
