Geo

The problem is you and your ilk can`t see beyond the begging bowl.
You have no vision other than mimicking what you see in the west.
This monkey see...monkey do attitude will get you nowhere.

Somalia was built up in under 15 years....from nothing.
The difference is we had visionary leaders....today we have Hagites. :D :som:
Yeah Somalia was built up in under 15 years because there weren't people like you praying for the downfall of government and cursing it with a tusbah 50 times a night before you sleep.

Sahal, how is it isolated...it's supposedly near the airport?

Its proximity to the airport waa kadaroo dibi dhal!

Wadaawinii billatii hiya al daau!

Cure me with the illness!

All the new building and hotels that are facing maka al mukarama road are just another save resort, a new mogadisho! It will cost you between $30 and $50 per night.

Foreigners, diaspora, officials all live in this save part of mogadisho wich has troops in every corner while the rest of mogadisho have only police stations so no one goes to the traditional hotels in the north or the centeral south though being much cheaper!

According to them, they are away 3km from the airport and 4km from the center! This center is this little mogadisho not the city center!(Some lies) as jazira beach is a away 10 to 11km from the town center! Check another group(jazeera quarantine wich exports the livestock)

Besides there is no network of roads that goes to the eastside directly and there is a sandy quarter from oneside and a frost from the otherside between it and madina with only jidcadka aabe gade that is why the area is very isolated! This estate cares only about its money but who can afford it?

Al rahab city is located in misra al jadeeda, if this was located in the coastal central like waaberi or xamarweyne it would had all these fundamental facilities but the govt owns much land in waaberi and xamarweyne is full and costs a lot for some changes and maybe its much easier to get land in jazira(who knows its original owners even garguurte owns big land in jazira and he keep warns the people all the time) and being a resort tourist place...

No schools, universities...just commercial places and properties but hope other private sectors to invest in this place and establish private schools and universities though it will take ages

Geo

I`ve stated my opposition to this Govt because of its criminal actions.
Like the race card, Hassan Sheikh sycophants pull the tribal card when ever their darling smiler is citicised.

These grand projects are white elephants, we have them all over Africa.
They suck up enormous amounts of resources and development aid, only to enrich a few govt connected businessmen.

I say again....The govt must invest in cement/concrete and basic steel production.
If you make these commodities cheaply available there will be a building boom that will spread through the whole country.

If we follow the Hagite vision of development fueled by oil production, this is where Mogadishu will end up in 20 years.
