Do u cook food late at night?

I go Hungary whenever I get back to the house at night and I tend to cook heavy food although I can just eat the corn flex. I need to cut on this habit.
Any medical student in the house. What can one do to cut this habit.
Furthermore I eat more spicy food then sweet ones.
