Its obvious the provider You're using from hosting services sucks. The sites probably crashing because of poor storage capabilities on their end. Has to be that, because I doubt Somalinet is so important to the outside world that they would be doing denial of service attacks, and even if they did thats still the providers responsibility. Out of curiosity why did the site shut down?

Even when the site works it's slow as a snail there is deffo some storage problems..

You're right man. This site generates enough traffic and gets enough money for advertiesments, why are they being cheap?
