I'm a very weak human; I cannot comprehend/grasp Allah's xikmah. Innocent people die through various ways. For instance, a lion killing/eating an innocent child, a shark killing/eating an old woman swimming or a flood (nature) killing and sinking a pregnant mother.

I remember during the occupation by Ethiopians, doctors (both Somalis, non-Somalis) reporting unusually high number of casualties and the wounded. Nonetheless, even if I go along with your point, you aren't making a sense. For one, at least 1000 Kenyans are killed by Kenyans annually, and at least 10,000 Americans are killed by Americans annually--yet to Kenyans and Americans, only the casualties of the Westgate mall (some 70) and Boston marathon (about 3) matter.
