The Kenyans make 1 billion a year off from Dabaab, plus the thousands of Kenyans employed by NGO's to administer the place. so they will never close it down.

Must of the so called Somali refugee's are not even real Somali nationals but NFD Ogaden and other Kenyans who are too poor and benefit from the aid intended for genuine Somali refugee's.
