they are like normal somali girls, every region in somalia has deep poverty that is why your friend had girls who wanted to marry him that was because they though they could get a better life and its the same in the rest of Somalia. If you are talking about personality then you are going to find both nice and bad females in hargeisa just like in the rest of the world.
they use alot of light skin creams. so don't be surprise if your children come out darkies, especially arabsio, burko, waaqooy types. haven't seen the rest though.
