Yeah I agree.This fact by WHO is totally fake. Yes, Somalia has a large population of mentally disordered people but nowhere is it 1/3 of the population. I have been in Somalia for the past 2 and half years and I clearly pass this opinion.
There are 3 groups of mentally ill people in Somalia.
1. People whom are hooked on khat and people that have had bad relationships with spouses, parents, family, friends or people whom are claimed to be possessed with Jin, they suffer from paranoia, hallucination, and mental illnesses like that. (moderate population) - Isaaq
2. People whom have suffered from the outcome of the brutal civil war (very high population) - Hawiye
3. People whom are born with mental retardation (very low population) - Marehan
