cutting cows is justice. They will cut the cows and go back to raping more girls. They should have executed them. As for the Somali elders did they read the bible when they are ordering rape victims to marry their rapist. Subhana Allah, what a disgusting act. The only Somali region that I heard kill rapists is Puntland, I wish all Somali regions in Somalia would do the same, because, that is the only option for a rapist in Islam.
