Saac, I was talking in a general sense. Though specifically, this female in question I don't see such a horrible attempt. Maybe her cardigan could have been a little longer/more loose and she could do without the heels in her boots. In a general sense though, covering in the best possible manner doesn't guarantee the exemption of freaky folks, much like this one. Case in point Saudi Arabia. So I don't see why you would make it out to be as simplistic as 'wear jilbaabs'. The dude is clearly deranged.

Saac, you must be naive to think creeps have to 'observe' the figure to want.
