I am a supporter of gays and all minorities because a) I believe in freedom and b) if one minority isn't protected, the next minority is targeted (Blacks like me and Muslims like you). This is why the Jewish community has been empowering the Somali community in my country. They know they are next if the other identifiable groups are targeted by the majority. Protecting and promoting gay rights and other minority rights is the right thing to do.
