This is very strange al shabab has said its not them who carried out this attack. Who could it be? Could this be NGO's eliminating one another in order to eliminate competition? Could there be one NGO group or country who wants all of the cake and not share one slice with the rest? I think so personally. Or could this be unsatisfied patients who have carried this attack, uum seems highly unlikely.
