How Much Water Do You Drink?

I can't function on less than a Gallon of Water without getting fatigue/headache. My coworkers think I'm crazy when they see me bring a gallon into work and finish it. How much do You guys drink?

I drink at least 3 litres i would say. First is like 500 ml when i wake up.

All those count towards ur water consumption.

^I heard tea, coffee dehydrate so don't really count. Milk in cereals, soups other liquidy foods would count.

I feel you man. ....except for Zamzam water, I gulp it down

Tuushi, apparently there's no substitute for water, at all!! Every other beverage contains some amount of sugar and that defeats the purpose.

Is tea counted as water? I am not into sodas or the so called juices which are loaded with sugar. All I drink is maximum 4 cups or two bottles of water...a gallon is too much I guess.

Geo. There is tea and then there is Somali shaah.

When i have tea, it is just a tea bag in hot water. Nothing else.
