How Much Water Do You Drink?

1 or 2 bottles (500ml) per day. At the moment here in UK. But when I'am back in Somalia, I drink like 3-4 bottles so around 1.5-2 litres. It depends on temperature and activity I'm doing, so it varies. I don't have any strict regime of the amount of water I drink in a day. I'am more of a milk man, I drink lots of milk.

climate counts a lot. back in UK i hardly drank water (but i almost never drank juice) . but when i came to ksa, i get tired quickly and drink a lot.

Just googled how much 1 gallon is in litres. 4 and half litres of water in a day???????

Murax that's not normal, check yourself for diabetes.

she don't know there is two different types of gallon. UK gallon=4.5 Lt and US gallon=3.5 Lt
