  Who was that 1% here in somalinet who voted for Burkha????? :dj: Funny walahi. It interesting to see the conservative ratio between these freaking arabs. Saudia Arabia holds the most conservative voting ---11% for scary Burkhas and 63 % for Niqab which is second heavy conservative covering. lol Then, Iraq holds a whopping 4% for Burkha more than anyone. lol that is 7% less conservative than the doormat Saudis. Fascinating. :eat:

PO lol this conversation is so hijacking the thread but I will argue my point nonetheless

Who do you think would have it worse:

1. A woman in the least tolerant part of America wearing a niqaab
2. A man in the most ghetto and homophobic part of America wearing short shots and with an overall homosexual outfit and vibe

Who would survive completely unharmed and without discrimination?

It's all relative, take the woman in a micro skirt and place her in Afghanistan and take the heavily bearded, khamiis wearing man and place him in the most Islamophobic western neighbourhood right after a major "terrorist" attack. Chances are they'll both get killed. These are all extreme cases but I think it all starts with a poll - dictating what "normal" should be.

I think you are forgetting principle numero uno in feminism 101, men are the oppressors. Why? Because you must live according to the norms dictated by us.

They can dress however they like but they better take off their niqabs and burkas in court, while driving, when getting issued ID and must not be forced to wear a certain way by their male relatives or husbands.

The survey should have asked women exclusively on how they would dress

They must not be a threat to the safety of others. They better also take it off when going to businesses like stores and banks or picking up their kids from school or in any govt building. It should be banned completely so we dont have burka killers and niqab robbers but that would infringe on their rights. I trust those women will do the right thing and don't cover their faces at all. Im sure almost all of them are forced to wear it.
