Is Gedo and Jubba included in the new Baido Administration?

I heard a new Baido Administration is being setup and there are about six regions included in this new administration. so what I'm wondering, so Bay and Bakool are two regions, the other four regions will be Gedo, Jubbada dhexe and what else?

Digil and Mirifle live in 6 regions Baay, Bakool, Gedo, Middle Juba, Lower Jubba and Nugaal. They live in Nugaal from Garoowe to Bosaso.

Nugaal? say may be Galgaduud but not Nugaal.
so if these six new regions are made with Gedo, Jubba and Galgaduud included, I'm guessing they have to include some Mareexaan in the regional PMs or something otherwise it won't work. just like Somaliland included some Dhulbahante in their Administration raxaweyn need to include some mareexaan or they gonna have a tough time to bring these six regions under Baido.

Digil and Mirifle don't care about mariixaan in fact they hate them so much. Most of Raxanweeyn elders were once Siyaad barre prisoners. I seen Raxanweeyn who curse mareexaan all the time. my own Quran teacher had scars all over his back and arms he always use to blame mariixaan for what happened to digil and mirifle. Gedo was once 95% Raxanweeyn until mareexaan robbed from them.

I agree with you Adv, I think this is the way for the future. instead of having each tribe have every little tribe making their own enclave and calling it a state, they should have a collective of neighboring tribes joining forces to have one multi-tribal big state.
and I think its in the constitution, to be recognized as a state, you should at least have a multi-region, multitribal state, not a little enclave.
