Clan Federalism is Bad For Somalia ....

Postby Rooble90 » Mon Feb 03, 2014 5:57 am

I Mean Look At It .. It's Going to Cause Alot of Tension Amongst the Somali People ...

look At What Happened in kismayo last year ....

Then there's tensions at the baydabo conference for 6 gobols, Thats already starting tensions between Somali Clans in That Region ... And Then You Have The Lower Shabeele Issue Which Might Cause More Cinflicts in the Future ...

There Were Conflicts between Puntland And Galmudug in Galkacyo Many times in the past ...

And Even Tho Somaliland Claims to be a sovereign state it has problems on its eastern borders I.E Khatumo etc ... etc ...

And Also awhile back you had this "Ras Caseyr" State evolve in puntland ....

THE MORAL OF THIS IS SIMPLE ...

FEDERALISM = CONFLICT IN SOMALIA

There is no other alternative.......Xamar is in the hands of a single clan.....we can't have all political power concentrated there.
Political power must be spread throughout the regions........F-E-D-E-R-A-L-I-S-M!

Federalism and Democracy is NOT for Somalia. The pot of Qabilism has been opened, and it will remain open till eternity. The best remedy for Somalia's crises is to embrace qabilism. Each Qabil has their own land and borders. (except insignificant qabils who are landless such as the Ogadenis, the reer xamar caadka, they are like the jews without land, except the jews were smarter to steal someone else land and occupy it)

I say-- each qabil form its police and military and kings and queens. There will be respect among Somalis--if there is order. We cant expect savage people to act civilized. :stylin:

Federalism is bad for a people who don't know what it is. Somali clans do not have set borders and have been migrating and integrating forever...a clan federal system makes no sense whatsoever and that's what federalism has been translated to in Somali. It makes no sense for someone born in Jowhar, lived in Jowhar, never been to Bari, knows more about Jowhar and probably loves Jowhar more than Bari to go and be a president of a Bari State and be told he can never be a president of a Jowhar state. It is silly, it cements divisions born of ignorance and confusion. It is not conducive to our development as a nation and as a people. There is a place and time for everything and Somalis are not ready for federalism.
