The last violation of U.N weapons embargo was disclosed by Yemen as part of their contribution to help the fledgling Somali government. The president had requested international peace keeping troops to protect government institutions but they can't provide such assistance, which demands a direct military involvement with the arms embargo in effect. Before the disclosure, the president gets used to be blamed for the violations and planned attacks.
