The dirac and macawas will not prevent you from getting aids. Neither will being somali. Duh! Only abstinance, using protection and monogomy will.

The sad fact is there are somalis who really believe that AIDS is non-existant in somali community. This is the last thing you want. Awareness goes long in preventing preventable diseases.
