Qali, am glad you acknowledge there is some serious problems that need to be adressed and undressed ee maxaa kula tala ah adigu???
demure,
read my words again, nowhere in that post have i said women are to blame for this mess. Instaed i mentioned what i see on a daily occurance in the house i live, my somali neighbours houses and everywhere else i go where somalis inhabit. somali men laziness may date all the way back home but at least everyone knew exacly what roles to play and where they fitted in family matters. ceebey aheed in nin naag wax kasugo even though i do concede when my dad was out of errands or laid off, mum used to feed the family. hwoever it didn't give her extra authority over him. she used to accord him the same respect irrespective of wether he was the one putting food on the table or not. can that be said of the current queens (or should i call them kings) of the somali houses?
This is a grave matter ppl, it needs serious measures. think of some solutions men, your future is at stake here. soon house boyees will be the permanent role for men. lets try to bring back the much lost culture back to the family!!!
biiq,
believe you me sxb, am not lion-heart. if you have unsettled business with the dude, please observe abit of patience and wait till he comes back and settle it appropriately. tells us what you feel about this reversed roles sxb?
