Iphone 5s T-mobile UK

Somebody sent me this from U.K and it's barred from Uk network but they didn't unlock it for use in the US. Anybody with that network can unlock this and I will pay for the service ?

Never occurred to me that it's needed. That sucks, so if you go on holiday you can't use another SIM on your phone?

Not at all. Make sure you ask your carrier to unlock it international. Last year the AT&T in the US unlocked my Iphone 5 for free and as soon as I landed Dubai it worked perfect.

Ps. I searched online and some people saying 150 and takes 10 days :notsure:

as talented as the Pakis and Indians are, I doubt they can breach apple's security. From what I have been told , only the original carrier can unlock your Iphone. Other Samsung and LG phones is another matter and those can be unlocked easily with box and unlock codes

Well I feel no sympathy for the tufaax users

That said I'm sure they unlock them as well if T-mobile can do it, it's not impossible

Trust me on this. If it can't be done in America , it can't be done anywhere else. Only carriers can unlock it as they have the database and they can blacklist/unlock/lock/Icloud bypass with the click of a button

The only way I see them Indians being able to unlock iPhones is if they somehow hack the carriers account which is highly unlikely or if they have third party who works for the carrier

There is special box or software that can unlock the Iphone in the market today.

If you are getting services from a local provider, can't they unlock it for you? Try your luck atleast. I recently upgraded and got the 5s for $50.

called AT&T and at first they said they will unlock it, but after a week of waiting-they sent an e-mail saying they only support ATT iPhones. bastards should have told me that from the get go

Unless this phone is a registered phone that somehow fell off the truck,there is a good chance it can be unlocked.

Your best bet is to sell back your current phone and upgrade to the 5s, the difference is not much. It will probably be the same amount of money you would spend on unlocking this one.
