Silent Treatment!

Postby Basra- » Mon Mar 17, 2014 3:08 pm

I like this technique. I use it at work. Anyone who annoys me to a point where I get emotionally invested--- I STOP talking to them. Even if I see them every day, 5 days a week. I find that this method comes in very handy. They tend to behave well if they don't talk to me. Some of them beg me to forgive them and try to reason that we work together, unavoidable, but naah-- when I decide, I decide. I like the idea of controlling them. We can be in a group and never talk forever. Sometimes I wonder if I am human. :dj: I can disconnect with someone with the flip of a finger. Heck I have family members whom I have not spoken to for like more than 5 years. I can easily disassociate myself from them. How come people can't return the favor for me? Why do they have to sit in agony, try all avenue to reconnect with me, to no avail. I wish people were as emotionless as me. I expect absolute good manners, I don't care if u r fake, just have good manners. If u disrespect me or insult me to a point where I am 'bothered'---- I X You! :stylin:

PS This does not apply to ONLINE of course. With ONLINE I am never bothered because no one really knows me. :stylin:

:mindblown:

Seriously how low can one steep?

Silent treatment is probably the oldest, and most childish form of emotional abuse. It just shows you are emotionally immature and that you do not possess the skills to communicate. I remember I did it in primary to my friends when i was mad at them. The idea was to get them confused and keep them in suspense, "what did i do wrong?", they would usually end up catering to me to "put things back to normal". But you do this at the WORKPLACE? Are you freakin serious? What a narcissistic controlling bitch. just shows the level of your character really, i said it before and i said it again, you have some pooor self-esteem women. I'm sure you are as ugly outside as you are inside. Get some help. Every new thread of yours only reinforces my belief you need to be immediately admitted to a mental hospital.

Basra, my sweet bison, I wish I could wrap my lips around your saggy African tits.

You will never thwart my devotion to you through silent treatment.

cashmere.... :o

I think u r OVER-REACTING here. Why are u so personally involved in me treating others with silence? R u a victim of silence treatment?

IN my experience, I feel like adult communication skills are not necessarily to people who don't follow 'adult rules'. Adults are supposed to be professional, cordial and behave well. Children are the ones who behave bad at the lack of maturity. Therefore, there comes in the silent treatment as a punishment to scar them into submission and learning a lesson in the process. :stylin:

You will probably start talking to them if they buy you a cheese burger.

It works well on relationships as well. I used to give silent treatment to those girls I want to dump. Leave em wonder what they did wrong when in fact they did nothing except that their time is up :troll:
