The course of action to eventually win for Ukraine:

Mobilize and establish small battalions

Fight a non-conventional battles, non-asymmetric warfare

Absorb the huge loses, remember they will also dying as well

You have home court, use it to your advantage

Arrest all the Russian civilians in Ukraine , create concentration camp

Have agents inside Russia who you will use as a saboteur. Destroy all vital function inside Russia

Drag on the war, sooner the later people in Russia will have no stomach for war thus leading to the Putin's fall from grace.

(You ask who the expert is , well, it's me)

You do realise that Russia is infact next door neighbour to Ukraine right?and that the two countries in question share a 2300km border and that Ukraine's population is 20% Russian, around the 10 million mark. Plus the small matter of one country's GDP being around 8 times more than the other.

No one is going to use any hydrogen bombs or anything like that, Mother Russia wouldn't need to resort to such actions. Russia's military is far more sophisticated than Ukraine's militia.

Ukraine has no alternative options other than the current proposal on the table. Stfu and redraw your fcking map, you piece of shite. I will slap you silly.

Nuke themselves that's great, maybe they should poison their own water too.

H bombs are only useful as a deterrent, if you're using them on the same continent that you live you might as well be nuking your own populace.
