You guys are missing the point. This Godane guy is a pawn, a figure head, a prop used by those who are really wielding the true power from behind the scene. He's either dead or isolated somewhere. Thats why you never see this guy. Its always some kinda press release, or some audio of his supposedly talking.
I hate to say it, but if you really wanna fight this menace, you gotta fight those behind this whole thing. The ones really pulling the string. Ceyr and Murursade are the powers behind this, and are you using this Godane guy to reach their objectives. When they are (or if they decide to quit the business of terrorism), they'd either kill him, or just not release any of his propaganda and cut all communication to him. And he knows it damn well too.
