Maakhir secession has no effect on Somalia geographically, politically or economically. Whether Somalia is functioning and the Somalian people are prospering or in anarchy, Maakhir is neither effected by it pre-war post war. It is crucial for Maakhir to succeed from Somalia, I am 1000% sure no one would care for such because Maakhiri are not Somalian. However their is territory in Southern Somalia thats disputable but why engage in such when the homelands independence is important. Instead of worrying about referendums and the "white yes", its important that Maakhir maintains its independent idea and remains isolated. Nationalism among new Maakhiris are growing at an exponential rate, it is not us vs them but how can Maakhir help the people of Somalia. Those who are against the independence of Maakhir oh well you can't stop it.
