What I am asking is who is a national of Somalia, who is Somalian? How do you define it?

Somalis are the smallest race among Humans. Nobody can assimilate into being a "Somalian " since its an independent race. People like the Benadiri minorities are citizens of Somalia and are culturally Somalis, but not Real Somalis.

The Somali constitution has since 1960 automatically regarded all Somalis including those living in occupied Western Somalia/NFD/Djibouti has our citizens. When someone is born by parents of clean Somali blood they are citizens of Somalia. We do not approve the fake borders of the colonists. Most of our political and Military leadership were Somalis from outside our fake borders. The Somali Republic was created and approved by the UN on the deal that it was a home for all Somalis.

According to the Constitution, any somali no matter where he is from Ethiopia, Djibouti, or Kenya, or has lived in China for the last century is entitled to Somali citizenship. For all else, you have to live Somalia for a least five years to qualify for citizenship.
